The nimble and quick Duelist is a dangerous opponent, despite his weak defensive capabilities. Blinding the enemy with a smoke bomb, unleashing a flurry of attacks with his perilously sharp sword, then finishing him off with a final shot: these are the Duelist's treacherous, but very effective, tactics. In addition, the hero's incredible luck gives his allies extra Prime. In an attack, the Duelist's fancy blade can damage all nearby enemies.

Biography[ | ]

His ruffled collar, sarcastic grin, passionately hostile blue eyes, and polished pistol set him apart from the crowd. You can't mistake him. And the Duelist won't let you miss him, either. At first glance, he seems just a cold-blooded gentleman, but inside him burns an unending yearning for worthy opponents. His hot temper played a cruel joke on him in his youth, when the proud young man dueled with the Emperor's cousin over a trifling quarrel. The death of his opponent led to his exile. Those who knew him say that perhaps his exile was for the best: all his life he's been a fugitive, a lover of adventure.
Since that day he has won many duels and is known as a great swordsman and marksman. His travels have taken him halfway across the continent. Fortune has smiled on him, and he has survived hundreds of battles and many perilous places which few have escaped alive.
Women, attracted by the hero's aura of invulnerability and his elegant manners, flock to him like moths to a flame. He enjoys a few nights with them, then leaves, for his heart is made for dangerous adventures, not for love.
This reckless daredevil delights in enraging both friend and foe, since to him the world seems to be so boring... Only he could take the bullet which killed him the first time as his Catalyst. And just to feel the rush, sometimes he steals it from the lord's treasury, just to load his pistol with it and participate in a duel with his own death in his weapon's chamber.
